How it works

I conduct my online consultations on Zoom or Google Meet. If you prefer any other tool, I’ll request you to set up the meeting link.

Scheduling

Once we confirm the session, I’ll send you a calendar booking link. We can reschedule these appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

I refund 80% of the booking amount for any cancellations that happen over 24 hours in advance. However, I don’t refund no shows or any cancellations within 24 hours.

Across time zones

If you’re in an opposing time zone, it may be hard for us to find a time to work together. Don’t worry. I’ll find a way to extend my work hours to overlap with your waking hours.

Preparation

We’re in this together. I can make your time with me more productive, if you prepare well in advance of our meeting. For my standard coaching sessions, I recommend that you complete the distributed leadership assessment asynchronously, and spend some time reflecting on your results. Send me a screenshot of your dashboard, in advance of the meeting, so I can also prepare for the call.
